A brief item for Thursday's agenda - signage. As you see below, EHaus will put our sign back up too - but there is a question about the SIP supplier. Can we paint over the wrong name? Though the firm on the board did pay to have their name there. Hi all, Tim & I met with Michael Jack (professor and head of Energy Studies & Department of Physics ) 3-4 weeks ago and discuss the possibility to monitor thermal and energy behaviour in all units. His idea and view is that this is a clear and huge step forward reducing energy consumption that has been badly overlooked by NZ government. If we could join forces in the future eh will try to put a case together to get more leverage and possibly funding for more of this to happen or get considered. Regards. Site meeting

Hi all As you can see in the pictures Maria sent, the scaffold for the High Street Block is now almost finished on the north side as well. Concrete for the first pour of the Alva block is due on Thursday. And the sips for the top story of the High Street units is due to arrive at the end of this month, which is the reason why we haven’t seen any walls at the top level. The electrician has been given green light to put in the electrical distribution and internet on site. Everything is progressing well! Regards Rainer Please call me if you need an urgent reply.
