Thank you to those who offered amendments to the minutes from Thursday's meeting. Please find attached, the corrected notes. Kind regards Liz I received the following reply from Roz, but my understanding of meeting protocol means that I cannot add this to the meeting notes as Roz and Michael were not present. It may be that they would like to raise these points at the next meeting. 1. Neither of us can remember saying we wanted to be at a meeting regarding the name. in fact we won’t be taking any part in the discussion or decision. We have explained our feelings, realise the majority are not in agreement with us so will step back. So please feel free to discuss and decide without us. Remember we can simply choose to not use the name if we don’t like it the format, there is a street address. And Catherine attributed the comment to ‘roz’, this was incorrect as we both feel the same. Roz writes (emails) but usually there is discussion with michael before I do so. 2. Re rentals. It was discussed at a meeting about a year ago that there should be a list of rentals available and people interested in renting. A lot of cohousing websites do have this. We are disappointed this has not happened but plan to use a property manager anyway so they can find a tenant. Having someone interested enough in cohousing to have read the website might have been a help but is not too great a problem. Hope everyone enjoying the weather, the water trucks are doing a brisk trade out here!

I've had a thought Can we have the High Street Block one colour, and the Alva St Block the other colour? Took a look at the Architectural drawings, and it looks like Montpelier is just Grey and White, so they may not have an option about colours. The front doors of the houses with street frontages are vivid and energetic in colour. I think Pueblo is a vibrant colour which would look great on the building and compliment the doors.

Hi All below the quote from Wrens for painting the inside. Its split into trim (incl doors) and walls for each unit. I spoke with Tyler today. Wrens would deal with and invoice each unit holder separately (no nightmare spreadsheet!!!). The quote is for each unit holder choosing 2 to 3 colours. Unit D1 and D2 are probably ready to paint soon… (D1 might be the same as D6, as the configuration has changed to 2 bedroom). We will still need to confirm with S&W that we can do these individual painting contracts outside our build contract. It was discussed at our last site meeting, and S&W was very clear that they didn’t want any other painters on site while they are still building. In other words, If you want to paint yourself or want someone else to paint, you will have to wait till S&W finishes their building contract. Exciting day at Toiora

Hi All The last window was put in today, it needed a crane. So now all units are at lockup stage. Exciting! A lot of services are already installed in the Alva units.
